myETraining App revisa

Great kit 👍👍

Good equipment great support. This is my second elite turbo trainer… will buy again next time!

High resistance and Does not calibrate

Purchased an Elite Nero and have been having problems with high resistance while riding. Tried to calibrate using this app and it keeps saying “increase speed” even though my speed has surpassed the required speed (37 km/h). tried multiple times - paired and unpaired with pedal power meter.

Resistance failure

I can’t bring the resistance to level 1 or to zero at the beginning of workout

Hire some good developer pls!

This app is a joke. Asking for year subscription for very basic functions. The UI is so easy to become unresponsive. For last two years I used it three times, it is time to delete it! No I am a bit worry about the firmware in the trainer, is it trash like this one?

Text is so small during workouts

Why is the text so small with huge black fields around it in my cousin workout screens? It's impossible to test during a workout.

Great value, accurate

The application works well with my Elite Suito and plays well with Strava and Wahoo. I only wish more features were available without a subscription.

No feedback

Completed the training test, no training plan anywhere. No free trial either, and no way to contact them in the app. Garbage.

Outdated UI, questionable history workout share function

History workout share function open the iOS email app, why?

Doesn’t connect or only with great difficulty

Tried with Apple Watch, Samsung S7 plus tablet, and Apple iPad 10th generation. Polar pacer pro latest Apple Watch and polar sense.

Connectivity Challenges

Really frustrated with the stability of the Bluetooth connectivity. It’s possible it’s user error - but I don’t typically have this much difficulty. Cant get more that 2 minutes through any ride before the UI drops and lose data or the ability to control the level.

Good adding devices

App does not see iPhone Bluetooth attached devices. Intermittent at best!

Extremely disappointing

This app just doesn’t work. Calibration function fails every single time. When I try to just jump on the trainer for a quick workout, I choose Level mode. The app tells me to start pedaling, which I do, but it never recognizes that I’m pedaling. In the end I have to fire up the bike computer or use another app. How come apps from other trainer manufacturers can make use of this trainer, but Elite’s own app cannot? Useless.

Better than expected but has room for improvement

Have been using it with Nero rollers about a month, on an iPhone XR, and haven’t checked out all the features yet, I’ve only been doing MyRealVideo downloads. Which are great because I thought I was going to get Rouvy and now I don’t need to, but it’s not perfect, here are some opportunities to improve it: -I really like how the video speed varies and the gradient changes the resistance, pretty slick- But it’s not cool when the video freezes (had strong WiFi) halfway through my ride and the only fix is to restart it. The myrealvideo function needs a better pause/save and resume feature, and an auto save to history feature. If you pause and go out to another part of the app (expecting to come back) your activity is deleted and it doesn’t even show in the history. -In myrealvideo mode I can’t play music or podcasts even though there is no audio with the videos. It would be nice if I could use my music app simultaneously. - Great that I can upload to Strava, but not including the elevation data is a real bummer. Even just including the total gain would be great. I like to track my elevation gain stats for the year! - with Autopause on, the timer on my myrealvideo ride wouldn’t pause today, just the video. I thought that was working recently but now I’m unsure. Update- I’m becoming really frustrated with the realvideo freezing up mid-ride. Developers- please try to fix this. Thank you

Modern hardware held back by its app developer

I love my smart trainer, using it with Zwift is great, whenever I’m required to use this app things become unpleasant. App is outdated, ugly design, feature poor and doesn’t seem like the developer really cares. No Apple Watch companion app and the only options to share any exercise is to TWITTER or FACEBOOK, social networks instead of health or exercise apps, way less than optimum. iPad app is just an stretched out iPhone app, no benefit of using bigger screen… don’t install because it also cost $20 yearly

Good basic training program

I have a Qubo trainer. The app works well with it and it picks up my Polar heart monitor reliably. Better apps out there, but can’t beat the price for this one.

It works quite well with the Elite Suito

I’ve been using it for the past few weeks and have found the app pretty easy to use. I’m mainly using the power/time training mode and it exports to Strava without issue. The video mode training won’t export to Strava for some reason but hey, ho, on we go. I’m getting a heart rate monitor and am excited to try the FTP test.

Works for me

Use with iPad and elite misuro b power sensor. Great bang for the buck. Just take the time to learn it!

Share option

The letters are too small.

Horrible App

Most of the features are hidden behind a subscription. You can customize the data fields but the font size doesn’t adjust so numbers stay really small. You can’t see resistance level and elapsed time at the same time so if you want to follow a plan you have to spend a few taps to adjust which is an annoyance. Really just a frustrating app to use.

One of the worst applications I’ve ever had the displeasure of using

I have tried to use this software on both my iPhone (6+ with latest iOS I can get) and my windows pc also running latest os. On the phone app should someone call you (happened via a WhatsApp call) be prepared to have all of your ride data On the computer be prepared for it to randomly reset after 20minutes or 1 hour or some other period of time back to time and distance of 0 but keep your average. I think they need to hire a new dev team and include a ux team as this is unacceptable to spend €€€€ for a smart trainer but then need to go out and also buy a Garmin to actually get the data recorded.

Can’t get it to connect to iphone8 or motoG

I’ll never buy another “elite” trainer they are absolute garbage especially this worthless app! Hardly works! You filled me once! Never again!

Get a Wahoo trainer instead. Where the promised firmware update?

Literally two years ago they promised a firmware update which would include faster response on Zwift and allow the Drivo to transmit simultaneous Bluetooth and ant+. Nothing. They’ve even gone silent on the forums (rather than saying “just 6 more months” again). I think they are trying to make us buy the Drivo 2. Instead, I’ll be getting a Kickr next time.

Age Not Set

The current version of this app does not save your birthdate properly. So anytime you try to launch any of the trainings, you get an error message saying “Age not set“. Therefore, it’s pretty much useless for any training.

Not working great!

Very often we need to start over the connection with the trainer and the app. Lastly I can’t use the trainer or just at the lowest resistance because the “age set up” doesn’t work. So basically I can’t control the trainer. Very annoying!!!

Haven’t been able to use my trainer for a week

This software was usable, not great, fairly bad in fact, but at least it worked. They pushed a new version which does not save your age. When you input your age and move on to ride it says “age not set”. This makes your trainer effectively unusable. I paid for a year of service from this company and now for many days I have been unable to use the app or my trainer. They acknowledged this issue in an email I sent to them. Why they didn’t do an emergency roll back to the prior version so users can ride their trainers is beyond me?

“Age not set”

Used to work but recently all I get is the message “age not set”. Windows application continues to work fine. My Direto no longer works with my iPhone! And yes, I’ve set my birthdate probably hundreds of times at this point.

Free option gone.

I have used this app for over 3 years now. I have found the app to work well once set up. The speed is a little off compared to my wahoo speed sensor and garmin watch. I have had the app connected to both my wahoo cadence sensor and wahoo heart rate monitor but it won’t connect both at the same time. After the free trial period expired I have only used the level mode because that use to be free. But when I got on my bike today level mode now costs $19.99 for a yearly description. I never would have bought an Elite Trainer if I knew I would have to pay yearly to use the trainer. I contacted Elite and the let me know the app charging for the Level Mode is a issue with the last update and they are working to fix it. With this one exception my experience with this app has been good.

Need work

1) Doesn’t work when phone is locked. 2) To get avg 14mph on tri bike have to basically push like outside doing 19+ so it’s way off so the miles are not accurate. 3) would be nice to synchronize with apple health so you can have all data in one place It should be one star but let’s just keep going, I hope it can be great app in near future!!!

J

Worst app ever. Will not allow configuration of insideride smart rollers with qubo and then when I try to log in on computer with ant+ it says I am not authorized to login to my account

Works well with Elite Quick Motion Rollers

This app works very well with the quick motion rollers along with the Misuro B+ sensor module. Also have a Bluetooth heart rate monitor that connects easily with this app. Give accurate reading of mileage, time, power (calculated) and cadence, although the cadence sometimes for fluctuates. Go to the app both on iPad and iPhone. It gives useful information while riding in a easy to read display. I have not yet used the video feature but I look forward to using it once I get more comfortable on the rollers. Recommend for training. The app also integrates with MapMyRide and Strava.

Basic, but works well with Misuro B+ Sensor

Designed to work with the Elite Smart trainers (which are very good). It pairs effortlessly with the Elite Misuro B+ power & speed sensor, then immediately displays Watts, Speed, Distance, etc. Uses Bluetooth, which makes it even more remarkable that it works so well. (The Sensor also emits ANT+.) The feature I like the most is the ability to create a course then ride it on the smart trainer. What I dislike the most is the in-app purchase price of their riding videos which can cost $14 or more. Should be free - you find good videos for free on YouTube. Doesn't sync with Strava - it should! If you subscribe to Zwift, you won't need this app. Zwift also couples with the Misuro sensor.

No longer works with Bluetooth

Previous version was good. But this upgrade broke the Bluetooth connection between my Qubo Interactive trainer and the ipad or iPhone. Is really useless now.

Needs Bluetooth

With everyone going to bluetooth functionality why oh why is this Ant+ only ?? App Fail... Any app that requires another $50 outlay to use is a fail.

"Access Denied"

Apparently the "English" version doesn't work 😕.

Bluetooth connection is not that great.

I just purchased a trainer that works with this app. I was really excited about the training data that it shows with the built in workouts, but have a been a little disappointed in the app so far. The training program works great for a little while; then 10-20 minutes into the workout, it disconnects from Bluetooth and just stops. Also, the site claims that any heart rate monitor that works with my phone will work with the app. However, my heart rate monitor works great with my phone, but the app will not recognize it.

Looks good, but accuracy is limited.

I had used it last year (before update) and it was simpler to use, but speed was never right, and that still seems to be the issue now(250w=11mph?). Power matches pretty well with Quarq, but speed/distance seems way off.

Just doesn’t work

I have already spent 2 hours trying to get this to work. The Elite trainer is great, and the instructions for getting started are clear though complex. After making sure that every detail is followed it does find the Misuro device and my heart rate monitor but then the app just doesn’t work. This may be fixed after I contact support, but this app is definitely not plug in and play.

Doesn't work

Wahoo ant+ sensor app finds the HR monitor and speed and cadence sensors. Go into this app and find sensors it will find the qubo elite+ but won't find any other sensors. If you choose to find the HR monitor it will sometimes come up with a number which is guessing it found one. If you then go into one of the tests etc it never shows the HR and complains no data from ant+. Failed to work on either an iPhone 4 or iPad retina

App does not function with IOS 5

On surface, appears to be decent app. If you have an older iPad the app will not function....at all. The developer is aware yet still markets it for sale. Their solution was to look at iTunes in the future for new releases as their new release will repair programming bugs. Bottom line, if app doesn't function, then do not try to sell it. Apple did refund my purchase price, but all the effort was an absolute waste of my time.
